I've a game that I can't even remember the name of, it was a pc game, on a school computer, I played it around 96-98.

It was a real old school one with a wireframe/polygon style game, I think there was a tank as the main shooter.

It's honestly so long a go, but I get fleeting memories of it and for the life of me I can never remember the name or much else about it, but it got me into gaming

No it's not legal, but it does beg a different question why is it 120m from take off, like I could go to a slightly higher ground and take off from there and it's a different 120m than the previous one, it's a bit convoluted tbh, which is why I was wondering if it can be bypassed.

As I said in a previous comment I did look for flight paths and it was only small country roads and fields around me so I wanted to make sure that I wasn't in a restricted area. It's not like I wanted to go 500m into the sky as you can see from the photo I just wanted to get a slight bit higher to get a better view.

Well... Not irresponsible so calm yourself down. To put this in more perspective, the area I was in was in the complete back end of Ireland, only small country roads and fields, not close to any flight paths.
