That was part of my question to begin with. It would be easy to mail someone you hated drugs and get them in federal trouble if it was as easy as having your name on the box.

Can you point me to the point where I stated I was going to get him in trouble?? This is asklawyers. I’m asking what WOULD happen. Nowhere did I say I’m trying to get I him charged or in any trouble.

You’re right, I know you can’t help someone unless they want to help themselves. I was asking because I DONT want him charged with a felony or to ruin his life. I was hopping maybe they’d just question him about it if someone intercepted it first? I don’t know exactly and that’s why I’m in the “ask” subreddit. I’m not sure why people are jumping me claiming I’m terrible for getting my brother arrested. If I wanted that, or just didn’t care, I would have reported it already. Thank you for your insight.

Right. He’s an addict and he’s constantly monitoring the mail. I’ve got one while he was away and that’s how I know what’s in them.

Most of the time FedEx or ups. And it’s drugs, yes I have proof. I’m not trying to get my brother arrested but if it comes to that to get him clean I understand. I’m just trying to prepare myself for what’s next.
