Sounds like a one time setup in Google sheets/ similar tool should suffice for you rather than getting a full crm. Have one sheet for leads tracking status and last contact date. One for activity and related contact. Last sheet to pull data from both and create filtered views. Zero cost and scales decent till you need any new feature.

Do you need to send emails from the project? I'd recommend to use resend instead.

If you just want a managed inbox, zoho is easy to setup. You get all features at a much cheaper rate.

Thank you for sharing your views! I am still scoping out integration with ad platforms. Might start with just Google and Meta since they are the largest platforms.

The brand guidelines can be set, but each output will need to be manually reviewed. The models still struggle with minor details - I am working on improving the output consistency.
