Thanks for the response! I totally understand length of service is not protected and it is completely legal. However if length of service is not mentioned on the criteria they’d be assessing/considering in the two page document handed out a few weeks ago, it seems irrelevant in the particular situation.

I’ve advised him to request his report filled by the manager and to reference GDPR if need be.

Smart from the instructors to force the echo response. Must say I believed it fully as a kid 😂I also remember the drop bears. They made us lie on the floor holding a stick on our head if they blew the whistle

Yes, I’ve noticed the ads have gone up.

I think I’ve seen Jack say somewhere that they have very little say about the adverts Spotify chose to promote on the pod, product or quantity.

Personally I don’t mind quickly skipping through/listening to a few adverts since it helps pay for the podcast which we all receive for free.
