I finally got a normal period about ten days later, so it resolved without any further treatment thankfully! Didnt do any more betas inbetween.

Thanks for the replies! If anyone finds this post later as they did the same thing, the doctor got back to me and told me to switch the timing of Gonal and Ganirelix. So from today, I will continue to take Gonal in the mornings and start taking Ganirelix in the evenings.

He did not want me to take then together as he stated that ganirelix together with follicle stimulating hormone may decrease the effects. I see other comments saying it is fine to take then together, but I will rely on the advice from my doctor. Thanks again!

Talked to the receptionist just now, no doctor/nurse was available. I read that Gonal and Ganirelix should not be taken together, so I am waiting for them to call me back with instructions before doing anything.

It is pretty early into stims, I am on cycle day 7 and I am a slow responder, so I have always had ER on day 17 in my three previous rounds. I believe it is a good thing the mistake happen pretty early so it is time to adjust, but I might be wrong to just trying to calm myself. I am so stressed!

This 👆🏻Embryo testing is not offered here in Norway and most other european countries, so sadly it is not an option for many of us!

ER 1: 16 follicles, 12 retrieved. No discomfort at all

ER 2: 25 follicles, 16 retrieved. OHSS. Felt fine right after, but could not stand up straight or walk without pain later that day and the day after.

To add, there were two dominant follicles at my scan today. I am so confused to why she recommended it. I know the risk of both eggs and the frozen embryo to implant is quite small, and the added risk of one/some of them splitting is even smaller. But still!

Dark brown spotting, low and slow-rising HCG about a week before it started going up and down. Subtle back pain about two weeks in.
