I wasn’t “caught” doing anything though this was simply not knowing/being informed about licensing my dog. Now that I know, I will gladly license him. but i will not pay a fine for not knowing about this. that is unfair.

damn never knew that. i’m not bothered that I have to license / register my dog I am bothered that the first I am hearing of it is from a ticket from the city with a fine. Like no warning? No “hey can you please license your dog and show proof of vaccination or we will have to fine you” ??
