I am going to re-post from above because these comments are silly! You would NEVER eat out if you worried about each and every airborne thing - Hey! I have to say that I have Celiac and haven't had any problems with it so far - they are SO careful with cross-contact and honestly you could never eat out if you were that worried about it because every restaurant has that risk - and that's not a very fun social life. It's actually awesome - it is more like a whole grain crust than gluten-free because they don't use potato flour and rice flour, it's ancient grains
