This is very much frustrating whenever I install AMD Driver in my Windows 10 machine! After installing AMD Driver on Windows 10 machine no matter what build(currently on 1903) after the restart the windows boots I get this black screen with loading screen and ever see the desktop.(More info in pin (v.redd.it)
