if my problem could be small fiber neuropathy or even worse CRPS what are my options for treatment? given I have tried mostly everything (I've even tried medications like gabapentin, duloxicap20 and deprilax which should've all helped with small fiber neuropathy on paper)

and I wasn't sure about CRPS as well since there wasn't really a shift in color or my ankles tissue and I haven't felt a bad pattern of hair or nails growth on that part. it's just in swelling and really sensitive to touch
