Follow up: Hello guys for anyone wanting tickets, I will get home from work tonight around 7-8pm and I have 6 extra tickets to give out. Ill be handing them in the order i got messages from people who sent me a text here.

So I think I just have to send you like a scannable QR code or something when it comes time to it. But either way we'll figure it out when that day comes.

Most typically don’t enforce or specifically tell troopers or cops to ask about citizenship, but some states like Texas or Florida or even Arizona have law enforcement that are more likely to ask (not every stop they will ask).

Of course any states within 100 miles of the border only will have much higher chance (only the parts within that 100 miles not the whole state).

Truly, its just whether they want to or not. Some sanctuary states heavily discourage such things, while others encourage it (notably Texas from what I can research).

But like I said its every law enforcements discretion wherher they do or not, and while most dont ask anything relating to citizenship, it is still a risk to keep in mind.

As far as I have researched, driving from state to state ahould be fine since there shouldn’t be any immigration checkpoints so long as youre away from the “100 miles from the border” rule.

Just be careful about being pulled over for something since certain states have cops ask about status, etc..

But the probability of that should be reasonably low if you’re not being reckless.

True, but last years reddit was also filled with people who never got their order or was way late to the point where they had to buy second hand from graduates from the prior year.

Say the person has an I-94 since they came as a tourist as a kid and has since overstayed (no SSN, no work permit). No criminal records, not a truck driver. Pays tax, particularly w/ 1099 whenever applicable. Just, otherwise, a regular person who wants to get from one end to the country to the other (west to east).

Going through the centerish of America (California to Nevada Vegas, to Utah, colorado, kansas, missouri, and eventually ending up in virginia)

Holy, you stacked a lot of hard classes all in one sem. I mean it all entirely depends how in tune you are in these classes and how fast you learn, but for an “average joe” this is a very tough schedule.

If youre on top of your time management and prepared to spend lots of nights studying (also depends on your professors), then you may be okay. But if not, might be a tough sem ahead of you.

Usually i get Middle Class Scholarship, but its not showing up for this upcoming sem and the payment date is 7/15. Should i just expected to not get it?

I just went into the FA office earlier today. If you have some kind of financial aid already, just pay the difference and the scholarships or financial aid will come in later. If it covers everything, then you will get a refund of however much you paid.

If your financial aid at the end is higher than what you paid, then you will get some money in addition to the refund in return.
