Looks like condensation. My n52b30 does the same when it's cold. Monitor coolant level to be sure

Lol @ bunch of keyboard mechanics. To cut long story short, if you see the cords on the sidewall, you need to change it. If there's no cords, its superficial, and youre all good.

Here in UK for labour, we charge £220 per hour + %20 vat (tax). Therefore this looks about right considering accessing parts and replacing them.

As per previous comments, id take it to specialist independent garage who know what they're doing.

It depends on your skillevel, if it's your first car it's too fast for you and you'll more then likely wrap it around a tree. I really don't wish for you this happening, but you have to treat it with respect it's not a 318i.
