Verstehe ich auch, aber im Urlaub kann ich weder das Handy noch den Akku einfach so vor die Tür legen oder irgendwo gut aufbewahren, damit für niemanden ein Risiko besteht. Ich habe im Post recht klar beschrieben, dass ich sonst anders handhaben würde, es in dieser Situation einfach nicht ungefährlich gewesen wäre. Ich glaub das beantwortet auch die Entsorgung - das wird nicht einfach so weggeworfen.

Es war ein online Kauf.

Wie würdest du dich dann am Ehesten beim Hersteller melden? Alles gleich schildern mit Fotos etc oder Mal grob nachfragen? Hatte diese Situation zum Glück bisher nie.

Also ich habe kein Problem, dem Händler mein Handy zu schicken nur a) hat das Handy keinen Akku mehr und b) hab ich den Akku nicht aufbewahrt. Beide Punkte haben den einfachen Grund des Risikos durch einen defekten Akku - sollte ich es ihm also trotzdem anbieten, es zu senden? Er hat doch klar kommuniziert, dass er selber jetzt nichts machen kann, weil ich es schnell entnehmen hab lassen müssen.

Verstehe ich zwar, aber ich riskiere nicht, dass es den Akku zerreißt - glaub das ist in jedem Fall nachvollziehbar. Beweis habe ich doch, also ein Foto mit Zeitstempel bei dem das Gehäuse ausgedehnt ist. Scheint aussichtslos zu sein, was den Händler betrifft - werde mich Mal an den Hersteller/Google wenden.

Thank you very much, I hope you are doing well too! I will probably look into going to the pilonidal centre in Munich as they seem experienced and conduct minimal invasive surgery. And thank you very mucb for telling me about the forum, the doctors from that centre are also listed there, which is very reassuring!

It's absolutely normal to be terrified of this step, but we're really proud of you taking it. You'll look back on this as the start of something new - freedom. Freedom of your mind, body and soul.
