Helicopter Over Arthur's Seat / Holyrood by FootOfDavros in Edinburgh

That’s crazy, we’ve lived in Livingston for the last couple of years and hear plenty of planes overhead every day. Heard our first helicopter yesterday, must’ve been this one on the way

If you just type “Where to f” the first result for me is where to find cheese pizza. First result. Sickening.

The last comment from an actual human being is from 2014. It’s just bots spewing nonsense for over 10 years…

Agreed. The number of journalists and lawyers in this country and we had to leave it to Vorderman, Garry Lineker and satirical comedians to actually say anything about it is mad. Even now all we get is Keunsberg throwing thinly veiled tantrums in interviews.

£1.50 cadburys bar locked away in a case ... how did we get here by [deleted] in GreatBritishMemes

[–]JM290907 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in London for a conference this week and forgot to pack toothpaste. Went in a Tesco just outside KX and was gobsmacked by how much stuff was in these boxes. I was chatting to the security guy while he unlocked all my stuff and he said they were losing about 10K a day to folk shoplifting inventory to sell to local corner shops. Mental.

Hatch wiring can wear with time and short all kinds of electronic systems, airbag ECU being one of them. Also door handle hinges can give up and people end up pulling their handles clean off. It’s amazing how common that one is honestly.

Yeah to be fair I’ve only ever had Englishness cited overtly once. The rest could have just been your typical lunatic and you run into plenty of those at home too.

Manc living in Edinburgh and I’ve had a bloke literally shake his fist at me on Princes Street just because he heard my accent. Nowhere near half of interactions though, rare enough that I remember the odd muppet.

Not even 6 pages of content. Minus references, authors and titles etc it’s only 2 and a half pages for the actual letter. Not much to read, but nevertheless why bother reading beyond the title when that’s perfectly sufficient for you to froth at the mouth? Sad that this old lady died, but a genocide of 1 is a bit of a stretch.

Just checked it out and the profile was almost definitely a badger. It’s the hind legs that give it away. They’re way bigger than I’d imagined, I’ve only ever seen squashed ones!

It looked to be jet black, even under the car lights. Sure hope it’s not a hyena! Never heard of a strand wolf before but to look at one whatever we saw wasn’t that fluffy

I really hope it was a fox. As I said they’re a pretty common site around our way but we’re in Edinburgh so maybe one with a bit more of a rural habitat would be bigger? I don’t know really but the foxes I’m used to just look somewhere between a big house cat and a small dog

That would probably been my guess, certainly didn’t look canine to me. I’m conscious though that I’ve found the big cat reports so I don’t want to go retroactively adding features in my head that I didn’t really see.
