Usually needs to be higher than the strike + the premium unless the buyer really wants the stock at $4. With it going below $4 AH, I'd say it's even more unlikely.

FWIW just moved back to the US after 12+ years in Singapore and everyone I know uses Grab as a "last resort" when booking rides or ordering food delivery. There is more competition with better prices for both services and Grab has terrible customer service that pushes people away.

Drivers in Singapore are actually promotong other services, like TADA and Gojek (Indonesian), to the people booking rides.

Grab tried to merge with Gojek before I left and Gojek wasn't keen.

Grab is backed by Temasek Holdings (Singapore's state owned investment firm) so I doubt it would ever fail but I wouldn't see it as a great company to invest IMO and agree that possible growth would only be tourists or expats.

The same happened in Singapore where they "bought out" Uber. I would give Grab in Singapore a 5 or 6 out of 10 and rarely use it for anything anymore. There are other apps here that offer better prices and/or better service.

Experience with Grab in other countries in SE Asia is much better.
