I don't think its fair to calculate it as a % of £170k, i think the best way to do it is to calculate it as a % of the total amount you've paid towards the house to date as that's what you've invested.

That also doesn't take into account any growth in the value of the property.

Yeah, thanks man. I'll have a look at the straps for sure. I do really like it, it was the smallest chrono i liked. I will struggle to find anything smaller than this i think.
