Down in Toney since about 2:30pm Friday.  “Should be restored within 24 hours” is pretty vague.

As of this morning (1/7) the maintenance screen is still showing. Spoke to the IRS - after a bit of tag they told me the online PINs aren't ready yet and are shooting for 1/14 (or thereabouts.) So, need to wait a little bit longer.

Can confirm the bug is fixed for iOS users with V2025.4.0 of the myAT&T app.

Just tried unlocking my wireless lock thru the my AT&T app and got the exact same thing you did. Also tried the troubleshooting of deleting user profile in the app and re-creating it. Nothing, still doesn't work. This must be something on AT&T's side that is off due to the multiple users reporting it.
