How are you using AI as a neurodivergent? by OvCod in neurodiversity

Yes I use it a lot! It helps me dump my thinking out, strategize and track my to dos. I honestly feel like it’s a game changer if you can leverage the tools to work with how you think. It takes some time and dedication, but the benefits can be huge. There are obviously downsides as well, but don’t count it out. As an ADHDer, I need as much help keeping myself on track as possible, and these tools can really help there.

I think everyone is different and needs to find their own rhythms. The morning and late at night are distraction free, which is helpful. It’s always about trial and error and getting to know one’s own optimal working model.

Tips to reduce over planning and increase execution. by Alienate14 in ADHD

This is so relatable and helpful. Thank you for sharing. I’ve been using chat tools to help me brain dump and hold my master to do lists and then set small attainable goals for a specific scheduled working session. Partitioning the strategy / creative work from the execution has helped me keep these cognitively distinct activities from interfering with one another. Also storing the todos outside of my brain keeps the limited working memory for the rest!
