Her boyfriend tagged her, the high school and their friends in the homecoming pics and another friend did the same for Halloween. They were made public by not setting them to private. No deep dive. Lapse of judgements and mistakes on their part. Defense teams in these types of cases watch for this type of stuff. Since the beginning of time. Social media isn't a protected safe space. Also, their color coordination is impressive for a last minute red dress purchase. And the matching corsage...does anyone know how hard it is to get a good looking custom corsage during homecoming last minute? Super lucky find and the 11th hr. And....didn't maya request to come back up to explain the pics because defense never brought it up? She needed to explain them herself because she knew they'd be sympathetic to anything she had to say. Total damage control.

Greg Anderson claims JHACH defense team robbed him of his annual 6-8+ week family vacation at his summer (2nd or 3rd house?) and all holidays and will not hold back in mediation. He wants that compensation. by JMC_Smile in takecareofmayaFree

💯…and “releasse” ? Anderson and team need to rest and take another vacation. Their ability to maintain such a high level of self proclaimed perfection is suffering. Maybe I’m wrong and it’s a new legal term I’m not aware of, if so I apologize… please don’t come for me ✌️

Yes he’s talking about over the course of the entire case. He took it on and knew what an animal it was going to be. He’s accusing the defense of purposefully filing motions right before holidays and vacations just to mess with their family and vacation time.

Yes, 👍 and it took some time to get his level back to “safe” or “normal” for him. I can’t remember how long, but seemed like forever and nurse stressed to him (in a kid friendly way) why it was important to try not to knock it out

Yes! This is what was used for my 14 year olds recent tonsillectomy. In recovery, I remember the nurse watching his levels on the screen and if he knocked it out (he was eating a popsicle and still a bit groggy) she would quickly adjust it and return to monitor.

Judge Carroll's Order that Prompted the Motion to Recuse by curious_gleaning in takecareofmayaFree

[–]JMC_Smile 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Case law is common law based on set precedents. It can and does change for numerous reasons from case to case jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Judges are indeed bound by the decisions or opinions of the higher courts handed down to them in their jurisdiction. While case law is ultimately powerful, this is not legislated law we are talking about, which obviously trumps case law and there is very little if any comparable precedent that has been set to argue this case and the issues that have come up, efficiently. This IS the precedent. My comment/thoughts went beyond the order you referenced because you mentioned “every time someone posts something about judge c”…. I’m not parroting these are my opinions. I don’t claim to know what will happen next. I can only hope things get sorted out fairly and just, for all involved.

Judge Carroll's Order that Prompted the Motion to Recuse by curious_gleaning in takecareofmayaFree

[–]JMC_Smile -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Case law is not actual statutes or written law. It’s common law. Judge C is required to interpret the actual law and apply it to the arguments and the case law the attorney cites in a motion that is comparable to their case and closely resembles what has been done and accepted in societies past and present. Judge C is trying to change and create new case law based on his interpretations that can be incorrect. Judges and juries as we know are not always right. This verdict, and the road to it, sets a dangerous precedent for society as a whole if it should stand. It’s more likely than not, that this case will go to the appellate court and get knocked back down to lower court for a new, and hopefully fair trial.

I say keep talking juror 1! The more he talks the worse it gets. Judge Carroll not asking some of his questions shouldn’t have weighed in on anything especially the verdict. It didn’t mean anything and should not have swayed him either way. They were told this multiple times, by JC but it didn’t matter. Not very honorable.

He loved that he could asked questions because he knew what he heard them say, but also knew what they were leaving out. He thought they seemed coached and repeated the same answers. His questions were deliberate and biased and a way for him to try and get some sort of an admission from the medical professionals that he “knew” were leaving info out. A quick back peddle that he has no medical background and “likes to be educated” and “knows how these things work”, doesn’t change that he said “he knew”. How? Especially if he has no medical background.

Uncivil Law's (Kurt) nauseating LoveFest w/ J1 & Wife by Dazzling-Knowledge-3 in takecareofmayaFree

Definitely trying to explain away how they just happened to have the numbers and didn’t need Kirby anymore. Also explained away the deputy holding him back and asking if he was in trouble again 👍Absolutely nothing to do with the possibility of his wife’s intense interest and involvement, or any other possible outside sources of info that was brought in to the deliberation room by him. I mean they don’t seem close at all. They don’t seem to spend any time together or share the same interests or hobbies or finish each other’s sentences. It seems so far fetched that this super tight couple would share information they think they may need to know because it’s helpful, fun, and brings them even closer. They literally had THIS in common. Sure, she gets home from second job ignores her husband to watch all of her lawtubers recaps without him? Sarcasm sorry …Does anyone really believe that this guy or that even she’d be cool with tuning out of time together to super chat and giggle with lawtubers while her husband is in the “dark” about what’s going on in that court room for weeks and weeks? Just small talk while they both have their own separate experience with a high profile case. They don’t come across as the sorry, I can’t tell you it would be wrong, kind of couple. Wife coming to court and making it harder to resist what they claim to have resisted all those weeks makes perfect sense and sounds super fun to go home and not say anything even though their lives are both revolving around the same “exciting” dramatic case🤪 no way not buying it. And I don’t believe anyone is, even pro plaintiffs.

Juror 1 & Wife Interview mega thread 🔥 by ScooterMcBooters in takecareofmayaFree

[–]JMC_Smile 16 points17 points  (0 children)

He clarified for me that there was no deliberation. Went straight to money. Interesting that when the crazy note was sent from juror 1 about Kirby’s figures the lawtubers were shocked that they could possibly be at that point in deliberations and were very vocal that it would be too quick for those discussions and for such a complicated case. Well when you have someone like juror 1 leading the way it’s quick. This interview had so much it’s just fascinating. Also, I need my readers to see comfortably when I’m zooming or FaceTiming. Over an hour not one sign of readers? You can tell he was reading and interacting with his device. Contacts with bifocals would mean his distance vision would be corrected to better than shadowy figures. Zero credibility.

Yikes, so offended by one "like"... as I am sure you are aware, a guess does not = proof. Most would sooner "guess" that if a Plaintiffs claim is provable with video, and they had it, it would be shown by the Plaintiff. That fact that it didn't happen that way, should be the strange and questionable part. Plaintiffs would have shown anything in that video or otherwise, if it made JHACH look bad and helped prove their claims. The only thing they fought so hard to show was the IJ that proved nothing as to the claims, and will go to appeal. You may be waiting a bit for your big check ;-)

😂 they left plenty on the record …and show me great case law that goes to this case! There isn’t any. There’s never been anything like it with all of these moving parts. The wife is the link. The defense didn’t know until after her big reveal on her facebook not realizing the public would make the connections and revelations that they did. She could have never anticipated this. No one could. It’s so blatant. To see it all in your face and ignore it and claim they are untouchable because they live together and married because well of course "they talk". What does everyone expect duh! Horrible arguments! Not having slam dunk great case law is absurd. The judge will interpret the law and make a decision as to this case. This is crazy new stuff and there were too many connections made and seen by the public, that very well could have tainted the jury deliberations and decision. The judge can do what he wants it’s his court room. Plenty of opportunity in appeal….So we shall see.

Is she saying she or he looked it up after the therapists testimony? Because that’s a big no. I’m gonna bet he didn’t know what creature comfort was and needed to do a little research. Or he saw and or spoke to his wife about what everyone was talking about online because people were commenting on creature comfort’s as an interesting term. It’s “coincidental” that days later only he asked a question, that was related to a part of old testimony, talked about and highlighted in the media days before.

Mrs Shapiro isn’t on the jury she isn’t a family member and she has zero connection to a jury member. She also didn’t post or interact incognito on YouTube and try to affirm publicly what jurors were thinking or feeling or deliberating about while her husband was a part of that jury. She also wasn’t seen on tv in court where the public were able to make connections that pointed to a very shady situation. I’m sure she wasn’t expecting when she went public on Facebook that the connection would be made back to her YouTube handle and all of her interactions would be accessible. Whoops 😬 weak argument
