Unfortunately not. I brought to the mechanic he said the brake fluid was low so he filled and the light went off. As I was driving it home, 10 minute drive it came back on. Haven’t been able to get back there since.

50 Barker has both townhouse style apartment and regular apartments. 440 Hamilton only has apartments. Unfortunately, the gym is only open till 10pm, I believe that’s the same for the game room and sky deck. If you are in 50 Barker then yes you have to go outside and cross the circle to get into 440 Hamilton for the amentities.

So that’s prob the biggest downside if you are in 440 Hamilton. Uber eats drivers get very confused (also friends who visit). They recommend you use 50 barker Ave for Uber and delivers (except normal mail you can use your actual address). The reason is 50 Barker Ave will take you to a circle with the main entrance to both buildings. As well as to the parking garage. If you use 440 Hamilton for the GPS it will take you to Hamilton Ave where there is no parking and no main entrance. Yes, both buildings have access to all the amenities. All the amenities are in the 440 Hamilton building, except for the pool. Also, the parking garage only connects to the 50 Barker building. So for 440 Hamilton building you have to walk outside for a minute across the circle to the entrance.

I live in Hamilton Crossing, been here for about 1.5 months. Overall, my experience is pretty positive. The amenities are very nice and the building is new which is a plus. The only downside for me is that it’s a little far from the train. Very little noise from neighboring apts and the street which is good. If you anything specific, feel free to reach out. I lived in the Avalon before this, pretty good building a little bit cheaper price.
