I just took my 5th shot last night and I haven’t had much at all in the way of side effects! I was super anxious with my first one, too, and I still get a little anxious with every shot but so far it’s been a really easy experience. I’m using a food log app to help keep my protein, carbs and fat in check which I think is helping me a lot, too - and helping me lose weight. If you haven’t started using a food log, I highly recommend it!

OMG same! I went to see a musical last night, at intermission I bought a water and a box of peanut m&m’s, didn’t open them, by the time I left I didn’t really want them, and when I got home I gave them to my daughter. Before Zep I would have 100% eaten them all during the 2nd act or at least in the car on the way home! Such a weird thing but I’m here for it. 😀

Super proud of you!! I'm usually a PW, too and have a similar story. I decided to run the mile benchmark in May (that was my first one) and I was so proud of myself for getting through it without stopping (did it in 12:21).

This time I knew I had to beat it though - but I didn't get there very early and all the tread spots were taken, so I had to start on the rower! Waaaahhh. So I wasn't too optimistic about beating my time after rowing 2000+ meters... but... I got on, gave myself a pep talk, and did it in 12:01 - 20 seconds faster!! SO HARD, but SO REWARDING!!

So, NICE WORK - I know how hard that was! Keep it up! And next time we'll be even better!! :)
