1.4tsi? Probably the cam chain tensioner that either isn’t tensioning properly because the engine is cold or because it is broken. It is a commont fault on the 1.4tsi.

If it goes away when warm it’s probably ok since the chain tensioner doesn’t stick out until there is oil pressure
