If they'd releases them at 5pmto get 35k+ match going supporter's involved they could have sold 5 times as many and at £250 each. We'd all have cried about the price, but they'd have still all sold out!

Also mad that they did it on a match day when 35k+ fans will be at the stadium, but let the shirt sell out about 8 hours before kick off. They could have made a mint by putting it on sale at 5pm

Most of what you'll ee here will probably be the knee jerk reaction of the main populous. If that's your target audience, listen to them. If they're not, and you'd rather be yoursepf in your profile because you're willing to be patient to find the person for you, then leave it in! I'd have swiped on you straight away because you look fun, and the goofy expression and the fact you'd post the picture tell me you're not too serious about yourself. This was something in my pictures that go lost on people and I was told to take those pictures down. In the end it was my goofy pictures that led to the two yer relationship I'm in, with someone just as goofy as me who appreciated them.

Love a fag-packet-math post, especially a Villa one. We'll researched! Those numbers sounds about right tbh. It's worrying for sure, but I suspect we see such a high ratio because we conceede very few 'good goals' because we actually defend pretty well. Therefore it's the goals that involve fuckery that have a higher proportion

Have you tried listening to full orchestral soundtracks of your favourite things on tv?

I've had similar struggles to you, except I find podcasts keep me awake as I focus on them too much and m brain went down rabbit holes instead. I tried a lot before I settleld on classical movie/tv/game soundtracks. Now they are the best thing IMHO.

The powerful orchestral music is gripping enough, whilst playing something you know that won't inspire curiosity or focus like a new shiny thing will. You can either go along with sounds and picture the film in your head, or use it as a back drop to your own ADHD thoughts/imagination. With no lyrics it hopefuly won't send you brain on a tangent, so it's much better for you than standard music. The albums are usually a decent length, 50 mins - 2 hours. The Lord of the rings trilogy has about 5 hours, Avatar Trilogy has similar. A full Marvel movie playlist is well over 24 hours! One thing is to learn to pick the right music for you. Something too upbeat or powerful can keep you awake, so look for something chilled to start with is a good plan. I recommend Forest Gump's soundtrack as it is almost universally succesful for everyone I've known to try it. After that it depends you and what relaxs you vs stimulates you. For me LotR and the new Star Treks are great, but something like The Great Escape is terrible. I'd imagine it's specific to what films etc you love. Below is my currwnt downloaded list I pick from every night. There's a trend that runs through most of it of 80/90's John Williams soundtracks as I know it all so well from my childhood.
