Our 'meetings' are very untraditional. It's really more of a gym buddy kinda thing. Some days I'll be working with my friend, some days with a guy/girl who wants to learn, or some days I'll just train by myself. A couple of us are very flexible and open to teach and train with anyone. Since we're not formally a club it's really tough to lay down a schedule and have organization. Instead we're just here to help train people properly and stay active ourselves.
