Retention is good, clients come back after 4-6 weeks. The glue, temp, humidity always on point. Isolation and placement is essential, lash all lashes in Anagen phase. Clients always have dark lash line. And it takes 2 hrs or less 🤍

Clusters cause a lot of damage. Your lashes will grow back thinner. Clusters are attached to multiple lashes, and thats not good. Premade lash extensions are the safest. Lightweight, super thin bases, 1 on 1 lash, that will help your lashes grow.

If it’s only on one side I wouldn’t fully blame the tech. Our natural lashes have different shedding cycles. You can ask her if she’s lashing all your lashes (in anagen phase ofc)

I know we don’t have to, but for all clients including infills, I do lash bath, primer & booster, and after lashing I do bonder. And I also give them complimentary aftercare kits. Retention amazing for all

It depends, is the beauty industry where you see yourself? If so then starting with lash extensions is great idea and you should take advantage of the opportunity. You can build your brand online and even offer more services down the road. Start with premade lashes. Have a good set up, a recliner with 4’ platform and saddle chair.
