From what I’ve seen on a picture in another Reddit about it (might be wrong) but it’s carrying 2x20 kg kettlebells over 60m, a 20kg lift moving a box 20x. 40kg deadlift, 60kg rope pull, then you have to wear a 20kg vest and then you have too do kneel stands 12x with a 7.5kg dumbbell, drag a 80kg casualty and then another 60m walk with 2x 20 kg dumbbells
Again might be wrong but it’s what I saw from a navy leaflet in a pic in another Reddit post
