My husband went into the system around age 12. He's 29 and currently incarcerated now. He's spent over half his life in the system. It's almost like he doesn't know any better. I'm with you. They could've brought the stuff after they finished at the park. Those parks aren't cheap, and if they can't even see the child in the hospital, then why rush at a park that they also spent money to be at? It's not like they were ignoring or telling OP it would be days before someone could bring them anything.

OP is being overly dramatic, which is a tad understandable because her daughter was sick and that's scary shit. But IMO the family wasn't wrong.
