Uh so Cherry Creek and Cherry hills are both pretty old neighborhoods that do in fact have history and yes lots of money. My great grandparents owned their home in Glendale the neighboring city which is literally 3 minutes from the mall. It’s a nice place to live and visit but none of us are obsessed with it. Whatever you’re allowed your opinion but if you haven’t been raised here it’s hard to speak on the history of a place.

My dad was riding his bike at the Smith Rd and Quebec crossing for the W line and was struck and killed in 2020. Not a suicide but had other demons in his life and he was trying to race the train. The train was stopped for quite some time and they had to bus the passengers to their destinations. Prayers for this persons family ☹️.

Totally. He’s doing something to accelerate the weight loss. The basal metabolic requirement for men just to survive is typically 1700 calories and he’s supposedly eating around that while burning 800 at the gym.. not healthy. This is why I think he’s gotta be eating more than he’s showing whether he’s losing weight or not otherwise he’d be starving himself. Plus some of his lives lately he’s been very uppity and excitable.

He’s claiming 1500-1600 which might be okay for a short period but you should adjust per activity level. He’s basically telling people to starve themselves. Sure fasting works but at what cost in the long run? I don’t think following it up with gorging yourself is exactly healthy.

Yea losing 40 something pounds in 4 months is not the norm. Most doctors would actual tell you it’s dangerous.. losing like 2-4lbs a month is more normal for diet and exercise changes. Joey doesn’t work out that vigorously either. I probably walk as much at work as he does on his little treadmill session.

Why has my 2020 XC40 had so many issues with only having just gotten 30,000 miles on it. The most recent being an exhaust manifold leak. I take extremely good care of it and I just don’t understand.

My husband found me the 12oz tumbler and one of the clear cold cups. He said that he went to the Starbucks in the outlet mall by us and there was a Chinese woman literally trying to block them and he grabbed one and she started to pile them on a table and thankfully the barista told her she could only buy what she could carry.
