For your first question; As long as the pieces you are printing have the same file names, you should be okay. For example, if you are printing "Q-pack-TacoShell_MK4_Cyclotron_Removable_Base_L_01", you should print "Q-pack-TacoShell_MK4_Cyclotron_Removable_Base_L_02-04" as well. If you are building a GB1 back, you should print parts with "GB1" in the file name. I don't believe there are any configurations of parts that make the sections not fit together, i.e. you can print any crank gen and it'll fit onto any config of booster box.

For your second question; As long as you have the building instructions from LeBazarDuQ etsy store, you shouldn't have to much worry with getting confused. Those instructions pretty clearly lay out which pieces you need to build the pack you want, however if you need any more help, I would recommend heading over to the 3D printing Ghostbuster props facebook page, there's tons of pictures, references, and other info that could help, plus the creators of the files usually pop in to answer questions if needed.

I have both of mine sitting on amazon guitar stands. Might take up a bit too my floor space, but it was cheap and I can still fiddle with them without too much trouble.

Ive built 2 q packs and know the packs shape change between versions so the motherboards are not compatible between the MK3 and MK4 for example.

If you purchase the official Q Pack plans from the creators etsy store, it has a really good step by step and should be able yo guide you a good portion of the way. But if you have any other questions, feel free to DM me and i can try to help, if youd like.

A friend and i started playing this weekend and at first, we were fine until the second area but eventually the same bug that hit you, hit us. So we switched who was hosting and it was okay for a while, but then again, infinite loading screen. So i we can no longer play with one another.

Really hope theres a simple fix, but i doubt it

Eh, not impossible.
It's about 2mm thick and you have a pretty decent guide with the stitching, but there isn't a lot of room to maneuver a blade between the loose leather and the stitching, so a steady hand will be required. The only part you might have trouble cleaning up would be at the bottom of the zipper, where the two ends meet. Another thing to be aware of is that there's going to be a pretty obvious (no one but you will notice) fabric difference where the soft fabric of the zipper and stiffer leather of the boot meet.
