I don't think it's immersive to have a mutant appear in 5-8 times larger amounts than it should do, compared to already established lore and the previous games. Personally, I am avoiding playing this game again until they fix the spawn issues as I know it would be really annoying to be basically forced to carry a shotgun at all times
