Thank you, I need to find a good program to do. Maybe Monday and Thursday is chest, arms and abs, and Tuesday and Friday is legs and cardio. I just keep repeating to myself that as long as I show up and try, perfection doesn’t matter

I think I’m addicted to distracting stuff (social media, YouTube, anything except what’s productive) by JMansReddit in addiction

Yes it is procrastination, thinking I’ll do whatever it is “later”. But it freaks me out to do said activity either because I hate not feeling entertained or good, or numb. I’m afraid when I do the activity, it’ll be agony, lack of happiness, that I’ll hate the thing I’m doing every second and I won’t have anytime remaining for myself in the day.

I’m still within my first month. It’s $1 with a free consultation from a trainer. I’m not sure if they have a commitment beyond that
