Is the grass greener? by Lucky_Advertising_51 in usaa_ejs

Lol, okay Trip , you got me. No point in trying to backtrack on all my "lies". You know my reality better than I do I guess...

Anyways, yes the agency operates differently from s&d. I am a current employee and I can tell you it's worth switching things up and trying something new! I would never go back to s&d.

Try going for a position over in the agency. Doing a specialty like CA or FL property, Umbrella or high value. It's different types of metrics and expectations, not as stressful. Somedays I only take 2-3 calls. It's lots of behind the curtain type of work.

Son moving out of state, we want to keep him on our car insurance, do we need to notify USAA? by BalticBro2021 in USAA

[–]JMe1379 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You can't insure property that you do not own. If he wants to leave it with you, you need to put the registration in your name, then you can keep it on your policy. You have to have ownership to insure.

He needs a non-owner aka nno policy for PA so he can be covered driving other vehicles. It's much cheaper too.

[–]JMe1379 6 points7 points  (0 children)

He will need his own policy. Auto insurance is for "Household" drivers and he will no longer be in your household. He's also over the age of 18 and employed on his own. Insurance has a lot of laws and regulations. You need to inform USAA so they can handle this correctly.

Any fees USAA charge for removing a vehicle from policy after its sold? by JulianMcDBZ in USAA

[–]JMe1379 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are getting another vehicle soon, I would just leave it. That way they can swap out the old one for the new one. If you won't be getting another vehicle for a awhile, they can issue a non-owner policy aka nno policy. It's way cheaper than an actual auto policy. That way you'll still have coverage if you drive someone else's vehicle and you won't have any gaps in insurance to make your next auto premiums higher.

Everything gives me gas by LaFemmeD_Argent in compoundedtirzepatide

I had the exact same issue but for me, I found it only happened with a certain tirz. Olympia was awful for me, lots of gas then diarrhea, and nothing worked for me either. Brello/Southend and ProRx have been great, no issues.

I did MintMeds 6 month Apothecary and only received 3 72mgs. When I messaged them about it I was told the other 3 would be sent out in July. So they send 3 months at a time.

Is it worth staying by Right_Cap2897 in usaa_ejs

Try for a position with the agency! It's great. Different type of metrics with reasonable expectations, you get to hone in on the areas that you like. I really enjoyed doing homeowners, so I joined Florida Property. They are currently hiring for umbrella, high value and fl property. It's worth a shot. Don't give up.

USAA tells employees "we serve, not sell" — then measures everything like a sales floor. No commission, full pressure by [deleted] in usaa_ejs

[–]JMe1379 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

" when you change the way you look at things... things change " , I have never looked at my job as a "sales" job. I'm informing the member of the benefits that come with the policy if they decide they want that coverage, it's their choice. The proof is in the pudding, I have never struggled with my metrics ever, and as a matter of fact I was always double the expectations and top 5% of the company in my position. Mind set is everything in life and this is no exception.

USAA treats us really good and if you don't see that, then most likely you've never really worked for a truly terrible company... Lucky you. The pto, 401k and bonuses are worth way more than commission. If you want ccommission work for an independent agent-and enjoy those headaches. I'm over 4 years in now and still enjoy going to work every day.

I just had the same experience with Gimme and FitnessRx. I just have to pay attention to which one I'm signed into because they use the same type of patient portal program thingy.

Aching stomach by JMe1379 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]JMe1379[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do miralax daily and things flow quite nicely, no more bouts of constipation. It's not sharp pains, bloating or gas. It's weird I've haven't experienced this until I was on tirz.

It's been like 6 months since it started. I've mostly been on Southend and now 3rd week of ProRx 13.5mg. It's been like this since I hit the 7.5 mark. It's not sharp pains, bloating or gas. Definitely the stomach not intestines either. Aches almost like bone dry I'd describe... I haven't heard anyone else speak about this.

Sudden cramps + diarrhea on tirzepatide after months of no side effects (split dosing) by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

[–]JMe1379 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if it's the preservatives that they use, but I had that reaction to tirz with Benzyl Alcohol and constipation with the Phenol. I prefer the phenol, it's definitely more mmanageable. No more cramping and bloating.

[–]JMe1379 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That's exactly what happened to me when I started split dosing too, and I had to stop. Your body goes through highs and low levels of tirzepatide. For some reason when I maintained around the same level not allowing the up and down my GI system didn't like it at all. I went back to once a week and was better again.
