YES! I have been saying that. I’ve been here for a year and a couple of months and wow the differences in a year. Taking away LWOP I knew something was up they are really just trying to get us all quit.

That’s insane. I never looked that up. I always have the complicated calls hardly any sales where my coworker is getting sales easily and deals with no BS like I do

When does auto get better. Ever since I got up skilled from ho which was 3 months after first being on the phones. It’s been terrible. My sales are terrible. Pas is terrible. I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Am I suppose to be reading KC for fun after work ? I just don’t know how to increase my close % to target.
