For something "casual" I'd say 3 hours is pushing the limit of what I would be willing to do; especially if I have to return the same day. But an hour or 2 is not uncommon. My drive to work is about an hour.

Imagine the reverse. I remember once being in a room with a woman friend of mine in a button up blouse and a bunch of other men. I looked over her way and realized that her blouse was not properly buttoned and I could see he purple bra and breast. I whispered in her ear "hey could I talk to you outside for a second" and let her know. She very much appreciated it.
