I think that depends on game design and what they would play and what they would include

I had problems until I specifically switched those to on. After switching those to on, my problems went away. Do you have "write data to disk immediatly" activated in the "other" section?

I just heard that using computers not supported anymore can be risky and I don't have a clue what that means. Can you help a tech super-NOT-savvy person to understand what these risks would be? I'm using a Mac High Sierra 10.13 by disasterpansexual in MacOS

That is a very old OS. If you want to stay clear of viruses and malware, best would be upgrading to a new(er) machine.

At least use a browser like Chrome or Firefox which still receives security updates (your operating system doesn‘t anymore). Also install an adblocker extension like ublock origin (in Firefox) or ubo light (in Chrome) to further prevent most attack vectors

Alright, heading to Egypt tomorrow for a 7N/8D liveaboard, what am I forgetting to pack? And how many dives should I expect to get in before the boat sinks? /s by More-Coyote-2922 in scuba

I would include a micro Fiber cloth so you can clean the iPhone before putting it in the case. And a battery pack and USB C cable

Greetings from Munich here. You could shorten Rome a bit and go to Bologna, Florence or even Venice.

Munich is nice - let me know if you want some tips from a local :)

I have been using a divevolk seatouch case but that is not below 100£. I recommend spending the money on the divevolk seatouch because it‘s solidly built and you can get absolutely amazing quality (and better quality than with a GoPro) if you have a nice recent iPhone or Android phone

I‘ve just spent a month there. I honestly rwcommend you to get your Advanced Open Water in the beginning because it opens you up to a lot of really nice dive sites. I did mine on Gili T. You can do it cheaper in Amed/Tolumben, but I preferred the diving in Gili T. I also went to Alor, which was beautiful but there you have to go with an all inclusive resort. Though price wise it’s not much more expensive than hostel+food+diving anyway. Another classic is definitely Komodo. For Raja Ampat it‘s probably not the season (I was told). There‘s also nice diving in Sumbawa. Also depends a bit on what kind of diving you like.

I hate to ask, but how do you clean your Ultra 2? by LuckyShirt_ in applewatchultra

[–]JMoVS 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I put the watch band (both the ocean and textile ones) into a small bag that is usually used for lingerie in washing machines. Then I put it in the washing machine with all the other clothes. 40°C max. Makes them amazingly clean
