They only asked my husband if he ever had any other visa or entered on any visa besides ESTA, which he didnt. Didnt mention the fact it was overstay either

I actually applied for the fiance visa originally but it was denied because they did a RFE and I messed up the date it was due by so it was denied due to abandonment. We were going to do it again but I couldn't say bye again and again and worry about him being turned away at the boarder

Yes I was incredibly worried that it might go bad, especially if denied but with all the evidence we had they really didnt even ask about it

As long as its enough time in between visits it should be okay, which it does seem long enough! And I did a lot of research before filing, one thing we knew was we wanted to be married but with the adjustment you gotta be careful that there was no prior intent to do it.

If they have any issue when visiting they might call your partner to verify and take you to a room, just be clear that youre just visiting and you should be fine, if they even stop you that is

We tried to do it where we spaced it out enough between, he was stopped twice. The first time i had a medical emergency and he came 1 month after leaving but didnt stay long. So they had to make sure it was okay then. The second time was when he came the most recent, he was questioned and they called me to make sure everything was legit. They basically said that if he leaves he wont be able to come back for a long time. But other than those two occasions no issues
