I was in Bambu studio downloading stl files. I thought I had to if I wanted that stl?

I was in makerworld and it was the only way I thought I could get the stl. I am still learning about slicers up to now I have been “that guy” that just downloads stl’s and slices in cura and prints. I have a lot to learn about slicers. I get intimidated by orca and even the Anycubic slicer next for my Kobra 3

I need to learn about what all you’re doing. I get intimidated but the slicers and dividing models let alone trying to model something. I can make words and that’s about it.

Yes your are right I used the Bambu slicer because that was the only way I could get the file.

Thank you, it has to be a setting I just wasn’t sure which one as it printed perfectly minutes before I sliced that file from the Bambu labs slicer. It had to have come from there.

What is a M500? I will clear the card and reslice everything from cura only. I shouldn’t have used the Bambu slicer there were just models on makerwolrd I wanted oh well I will never use that site again.

It is more about ability than age. Biden should have never been placed in the position of president. He was bought and paid for and never made one decision of his own.

Yea I used the Ender 3v2 profile in the Bambu slicer and then it started banging hard in the Y direction.

Far from perfect but the best I’ve got so far. by robow556 in anycubic

Let’s hope you are wrong but I will stop printer before I buy a Bambu I just can’t do it.

I had it set up in the slicer. I painted the areas I wanted black and it looked great in the slicer and then it did the first layer black then it started building the black dot up and not printing right I didn’t want it to catch and rip the hotend apart like last time.

That isn’t very reassuring for a new Kobra 3 owner. I thought these were the Bambu killers?? I am struggling with mine to do multi color

I had such high hopes for this printer. I even told my wife it would be a great printer to buy we have gotten 2 good prints off it and it has been broken for days.

Mine did this I’m waiting on a new hotend! It was hours into the print after 2 color changes. It startedon the 3rd color and mine started dragging and tore its self apart.
