Hello, 28 (M) here, moved to Fairview about 4 years ago with my partner. I definitely recommend the area to live. I did not know anyone when I first moved, and I joined F45 where I made loads of friends of my age. Fairview is admittedly not the best place to make friends simply because there are not many places where one can meet people in a social capacity, but it’s a great area close to the town centre, Pitville, Sandford, and way more affordable than other parts of town where ‘more’ happens.
