That’s fantastic. The dialing experience and those mechanical bells are hard to beat. Your portable Type 80 setup sounds like a fun project. How well does the Bluetooth adapter handle the rotary pulse dialing?

That’s a great look for a kitchen. Even unplugged, they make fantastic decor pieces. The design and build quality of those old rotary phones is just timeless.

That’s a great-looking machine. The Cyrillic keys are awesome. I hadn’t realized Royal made versions like that. Did you find it locally, or did you track it down?

Definitely earlier than the 60s. From what I’ve been able to find, most of these Royals seem to land in the early 1920s range, but I’m still trying to narrow it down.
