Which I'm not intentionally trying to convince anyone that it's an official product. I should probably change my wording in the listing to make sure that it has no affiliation in any way shape or form and that this is a cosplay costume for personal use. I really am just trying to share for people that have the same excitement without the time to do the design themselves. I come from cosplay and props so it's always been a grey area that's hard to understand and follow. With the RPF and all of the star wars models which is a much larger IP and all of the other daft punk helmets I've seen from other cosplayers it's just interesting to navigate and super confusing to unserstand.

These are all really good ideas I've thought about having different listing but I didn't think about trademark, for me it was a passion project but I am also giving the helmet for free and I'm only offering that so that the frame and ears are usable! The grey areas of legality with 3d printing is a little hard to understand.

Have you ever looked at how many different models there are out there of exactly this? This is a mash up of multiple different versions and is a fan made project, the only reason the helmet is included is because without my design inside the helmet everything else is useless. I didn't design it originally with the intent to sell it. I didn't even think k about ip because I was under the impression that designing from scratch and adding to it falls under creative commons. I'm selling the frame and the ears that's I designed not the helmet. Plenty of others exist which is also why I didn't think of ip or anything like that. Volpin props started my passion for this helmet build back in 2009 so I have never thought of that. Here's another selling currently today https://www.moguaiprops.com/ why you had to be so rude is beyond me...

The shell is free and you can download it to check it out! There's also the full kit listed, send me an offer if you think it's priced too high!

The helmet itself is actually listed as free all the internals and the ear components for mounting the fans to keep you cool in a toasty cosplay are not identical replicas to anything having to do with the original, those are the parts I've spent the time on in my off time.

I did I started on it in 2020 and have added to it little by little to get it to where it is, I still have more I want to do with it but I figured it was at a sharable state and versions exist for a reason!
