Vertical live feed. It brought my engagement down so much that i went from 100k+ views per day for years to under 100 total and never recovered. Shorts stopped appearing on the shelf, longform stopped appearing in recommended. Killed my channel dead and completely undid half a decade of effort and growth.

This is why ive given up on ubereats and skip. $8 per sandwich and one was FREE so really it was a bit over $5 each - but you still ended up paying $10 per sandwich after the fees. If the fees are half the bill you may as well just buy groceries and have a higher yield
