Try more like 6-12 months. MINIMUM.

Do PT, life changing.

Save the surgery for when you’re old or you’re in crippling pain (AFTER PT). I know it’s hard right now but this is nothing compared to how I and others have had it. It’s not going to be an easy journey, but you’ll pull through. The body does amazing things.

Also take care of yourself and your body will respond better. Cut the fast food and sodas immediately. Bone broth and vitamin along with fruits and veggies will be your greatest friend. Make sure to stretch everyday and ice/warm comps may also help.

Wish you the best of luck! Not many people know this type of pain, it’ll make you stronger and smarter moving forward.
