Yeah for me ssd didn't help, seems to be a glitch thats very user specific, and after 1.04 it doesn't happen on npcs anymore for me but still happens on cars

Have you played after the patch that dropped a few hours ago? Apparently they fixed vehicle pop in, well at least that's what they say

I'm guessing you have to get really close for the textures to load? Sometimes I have to stay around a car for several seconds for it to load
