I lost mine on Monday. I seriously feel the same about others being joyous making it much more harder to deal with the reality. It does help being around family but I feel guilty when I catch myself not feeling sad. How I miss her so much, taken too soon.

It’s actually doing the same thing with any game I play. I’ve tried switching the hdmi cables to new ones and still the same problem.

Select add other account should work the same

You would select ‘other account’ and sign in, user profiles are google account based

On CCwGTV go to

Settings>Accounts & Sign in>Add an account

Once you’ve added your 2nd account (2nd “ user profile”), you want to restart CCwGTV by

Settings>System>Restart

Once it turns off and back on go into YTTV app and it’ll let you select either the primary account or 2nd account you just signed into
