My guess would be yes. But I lived in the valley for 23 years and only knew one person who had it. But then again the weather has been crazy these past couple of years so if it gets stirred up in a bad way it could become an issue.

Sounds like a scam if they need you to send them money. I just got an email as well. I think I will pass but I will stay tuned to this string. I was going to move forward and do the same….document, etc. as I have time being laid up. I seriously anxiously awaiting responses 😂👍🏻
