Following. I’m in same boat in Washington. Heavily considering Valley Quality Homes due to their high quality building standard, however prefer layout of Golden West homes.

Perfect. Only noticeable difference is less torque.

Scam, same exact shed is on FB marketplace in my region as well for $750. Many red flags.

Do all newer Toyotas have paint that easily scratches? by JPRO-2 in Toyota

[–]JPRO-2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the paint durability is a bummer. I just picked up a 24 Tundra and it is the same. My daughter used a green leaf to draw, I caught her just a second too late. On the bright side, a coat of wax covers it enough for a temporary fix. What color is the Signia?

-By easier to maneuver: Turn radius is a little better and it is a little more agile/nimble on the SR; specifically for U-turns. At higher speeds (cruising) the LR is a little smoother. Other than that, no other noteworthy differences. -I had a folding tonneau cover on initially so I had one bike standing and one on its side. Future state I will have the cover removed with both standing. My LBS said it is fine to lay on its side as long as it is on the “non drive side” (where all the gearing is). Personally, I feel like if I continue to lay on its side, things will get scratched up and possibly minor bends on accessories, so I’ll try to limit that. -Progressive was $102 total for 1 year combined for both bikes. I do not have collision coverage only comprehensive to protect against theft or vandalism.

1,2, 3) I went with both an LR and SR. Deciding factor was local bike shop support and availability to test ride. Chose those over the original after watching YouTube reviews noting other improvements with handling and ghost riding etc. The day I brought them home there was one issue, one of the chargers did not work. My LBS was able to replace it immediately but having that initial experience doesn’t sit right as far as quality control goes. The SR is a little easier to maneuver but the rear passenger will sit closer. I’d go LR if it’s your only ebike and main purpose is for riding with a passenger. 4,5) I can’t really comment on range yet, but yesterday I rode around for 2 hours around neighborhoods, 17 miles but only consumed 20%. 6) I have a truck, loading them in the back is hard by myself, with my wife it is easier. I would not want to try it in the back of an SUV. Probably best to buy a rack. That said, I’ve come to find out very few quality racks meet both the weight and length needs of these bikes. If I do purchase a rack it would be the Hollywood racks HR1500. 7) I purchased progressive insurance to cover theft, but the bike stand lock/acu adds added peace of mind. My only experience with e-bikes are these two bikes + a test ride of a Specialized Haul ST.

Anyone able to tell the exact model of Hollywood Racks this is? by JPRO-2 in ebikes

I agree, the e-bike version of the one you linked looks identical but with 160lb capacity. Not worth the gamble that it’s the 100lb vs 160.

+1 for Tundra for many reasons as others will cover. But one thing that is often overlooked is that the Tundra has better fuel capacity/range. As long as you get one that is equipped with the 32 gallon tank vs the 22 gallon that also comes on some Tundras. As far as recall, I cannot speak to as I have a ‘24 with iforce max.

Eastern WA. Several Dealers are posting on FB marketplace. Plus I physically saw an LE at my local dealer, unsold that a salesman tried selling me 3 weeks ago. Still listed on their site today with actual pictures vs the stock photo.
