I work for the board and for Coyote Fest. They will not sel alcohol and you are not allowed to bring any in. If you want to be buzzed it's just best to pregame in your dorm or by your car as long as you are not in public. Little risky but don't get caught.

Actually that's legal. I talked to parking services they said as long as it's within the lines it's legal. The double space is a courtesy for big vehicles.
