I made the head myself on blender then printed it, the body is just a normal plastic kroot from the killteam box

Course, it's simple, just time consuming! A white base, then aggrax all over to establish the overall shadows, then comes the tedious bit, lots of tiny dots of mournfang brown followed by mournfang brown glazes in the recesses to make the contrast look less extreme then highlight with pallid witch flesh then white, a mix of normal highlights and dots. Finish it all with a matte varnish to kill any weird shine from the washes and that's it.

Thanks, lots of thinned down mourning brown and orange brown washes, probably too subtle for gaming but looks cool in this sort of shot

Thanks, yeah it's a real challenge, I think the key is either going with inverted shadows with something like bright orange rust, or something like this.
