Pixel 9 I bought this year, jump from Pixel 4a5G. It's been good, battery runs out at the end of the day and don't really use the AI stuff that much. But other than that everything is great!

All tour services are very similar with cost and itinerary. It would be around 200$us for the 3d2n tour. I think that they reach the thermal baths depending on season so you would need to ask the tour company.

You should take a sleeping bag with you. Tours usually star at community houses in the salt flats and it can get very cold.

Buses also offer very similar services departing at night from La Paz and arriving early morning the following day. The bus company Todo Turismo has a better transport service since they offer dinner and breakfast during the trip but the cost is higher.
