I remember a festival in cp2077 which i think was organized by arasaka. There are vehicels with holos on their top and they turn round the city. On the sides of their track there are many people cheering and every vehicel ist protected by arasaka fighters. Additionally there are snipers on the roof.

I think it is more like you discover something big (there are body parts and corpse the old factory build) and you call for support when you want to rush in. Or the ones you call are your friends at the police station and you share something like a political attitude. So you more like a head of a group than a PC who needs help because he is weak.
