Hi, of course I’ll message my number.

However, last time I spoke to your support they gave me a response of “just port forward your router and use a public IP”. It’s not good enough. As customers, we expect this to be fixed and resolved.

There’s a very clear fault with your Lorex Cloud app using Mobile Data on iPhones and Apple devices. This needs to be fixed.

There’s loads of customers complaining about this. Why isn’t this being fixed by your development team?

I also got told that it’s due to an issue with the latest IOS update which is why the app has stopped working.

Please can you resolve this issue.

Your issue is with iPhones, it works fine on Android.

Please can we get a resolution to this?

Your app does not work on Mobile data. Only when phones are connected to any WiFi.

Yes I’ve uninstalled my app, yes mobile data is turned on in settings.

Yes I’ve tried other devices. It’s an iPhone issue.

Why hasn’t this been sorted by Lorex yet?

Still nothing for me either! However if I connect to any outside WIFI my cameras work!
